Global ambassador and actor Chris Hemsworth shares his favourite Australian experiences.
“Growing up in Australia, you can sometimes take it all for granted. But after being away for ten years and coming back, exploring some of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen has reminded me how unique and impressive Australia is, and how lucky we are.” – Chris Hemsworth.
Chris Hemsworth recalls a childhood of uniquely Australian experiences – living on a cattle station in the Northern Territory and learning how to surf the waves on Phillip Island, Victoria. More recently, his days are spent enjoying the crystal clear waters of Byron Bay with his children.
He has spent time touring the Australian outback – watching the sun set over Uluru, learning about our rich Indigenous culture and swimming in waterholes in The Kimberley. He has surfed some of Australia’s best waves, explored the Great Barrier Reef and escaped to some of our most remote beaches.
